The eco-friendly estate is located on the edge of the village Viškovići in the southernmost part of the eastern shore of the river Raša Bay. It gets plenty of sunshine all year round and remains protected from the strong winds. The village is oriented towards the sea and the fishing port of Tunarica in the eponymous bay, only a kilometre air distance away from the villa. The nearest town, Labin, is a ten-minute drive away, and in about half an hour You can reach the largest Istrian town, Pula.

Thanks to its position at the highest point of the settlement, the eco-friendly estate offers a panoramic view of the Kvarner Gulf, the waters of southern Istria and the islands of Lošinj, Unije and Susak, the Ubas Peninsula, the outer part of Raša Bay and the central Istria plateau.

Within a radius of twenty kilometres you will find superb restaurants offering first-class fresh fish and shellfish from the Adriatic Sea, traditional meat dishes and specialties made from local ingredients.
